Please join the ADSLA on Friday, February 23rd from 6 to 9 p.m. for Cocktails in Historic Places™ in the 321 Lounge at Taix in Echo Park.

A beloved neighborhood institution, Taix (pronounced “Tex”) traces its roots to 1927, when Marius Taix, Jr., opened a restaurant inside a Downtown hotel called the Champ d’Or. The restaurant opened in its current location, a 1920s Tudor Revival-style building on Sunset Boulevard, in 1962 and is still owned and operated by the Taix family.

With leather booths, brick walls, and low lighting, Taix’s 321 Lounge has the cozy atmosphere of an Old World pub, and offers a menu of rustic French cuisine along with an extensive wine selection and craft cocktails.

Valet parking is available for $3.50, and metered parking can be found on the street. Reservations can be made online or by calling (213) 484-1265.

Cocktails in Historic Places™ is open to members and non-members alike, and no reservations are required, but an RSVP on our Facebook page helps us get a head count and generates a reminder.

Come as you are or dress up in something Deco – either way, join us Friday, February 23rd from 6 to 9 p.m. for no-host cocktails at Taix!
